A mechanical engineering capstone project that challenges us to apply our expertise in control systems, electronic circuits, fluid dynamics, dynamics, fabrication, and software programming to design racing vehicles.

The vehicle solely relies on a propeller as the actuator and is capable of autonomously following a designated path.

We designed the airfoil using simulation tools, manufactured it with a 3D printer, conducted wind tunnel experiments, and ultimately achieved high performance. We also ran a stress analysis to each components to make sure it is solid.
